Walls

Footings, Foundations, and Walls

  • Strong, reinforced footings
  • Poured-in-place foundation and retaining walls
  • Structural concrete walls
  • Architectural concrete walls

It’s what we do at Anderson

Our mainstay.

How we started out.

Poured-in-place foundation and retaining walls are superior in every way to old school block foundations, filled blocks, and precast panels. At Anderson, they’re one of our specialties.

We’re not new to this, and we didn’t simply watch someone else doing it and think “we can do this too.” We practically introduced concrete foundations into our area.

Your new commercial project, your new home, should be placed on a strong, secure Anderson foundation.

Insist on it.

Waterproofing

Foundation and Basement Waterproofing

It’s an age old problem: Leaking foundations and basements.

Footings and walls below grade make your home susceptible to water penetration via drainage issues and porous materials.

Anderson Poured Walls addresses this issue in three ways.

  1. We pour-in-place solid concrete foundation walls. Concrete is more dense, and much less porous than old-fashioned cinder blocks. Poured-in-place walls are continuous, one-piece units as opposed to pre-cast panels which have a joint every few feet susceptible to leaking.
  2. By design, we place perforated pipe on a gravel bed at the bottom of your footings, making a “path of least resistance” to guide water away from your home.
  3. To further protect against water infiltration, we offer DuPont brand waterproofing, building a shield around below grade surfaces and directing water flow to the perforated drainage system at the footing.

Problem solved!
